Prior to his position at eBay, Mark was the Lead Accessibility and UX Designer at Thomson Reuters where he improved Accessibility and Design for mobile apps across all business units. Before Thomson Reuters, Mark was the Senior Information Architect and User Experience Designer at GSI Commerce.
