The Importance of Accessible Digital Experiences in Our New Normal

Do your digital experiences work for the 15-20% of the population with a disability?

Accessibility has taken on even greater meaning in our new normal where digital experiences are critical in order to complete daily activities. With grocery stores and restaurants moving to order-ahead and delivery models, and many healthcare providers recommending telehealth services, it’s now more important than ever for businesses to consider people with disabilities when designing user experiences. The brands that build seamless digital experiences inclusive of all users will be the ones that thrive today, tomorrow and going forward as consumers become increasingly dependent on apps and websites.

Join Applause and a guest speaker from the American Foundation for the Blind to find out how you can build accessible digital experiences. Applause’s Inge De Bleecker and the American Foundation for the Blind’s Tanner Gers will explain the importance of accessibility and usability, the benefits of inclusive experiences and the best practices for delivering seamless UX to all users.
