Tanner is a professional speaker, business consultant, and leads business development for the American Foundation for the Blind’s Consulting division (AFB). Tanner earned his BA in Communications from the University of Arizona, MBA from Louisiana State University at Shreveport, and his Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies credential from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. Tanner lost his sight in an auto accident as an adult, which has given him a unique opportunity to leverage his business acumen, first-hand experience, and entrepreneurial mindset for creating positive change for the blind and organizations interested in the business case of authentic inclusion. From recruitment to retirement, mobile to web, and ecomm to workplaces, Tanner knows the opportunities inherent to people with disabilities and helps organizations capitalize on the same.
Inge has been designing and testing web, mobile, voice and multi-channel experiences for more than 20 years. She builds and leads UX teams and evangelizes customer experience principles throughout organizations. Her mantras are "design for everyone" and "test early and often." As Sr. Director of User Experience at Applause, Inge heads up the UX/CX practice. She holds an MA from the University of Texas, Austin.
