With over a decade of experience in various roles at software companies, she is a champion of the voice of the customer and is constantly looking for new ways to improve the customer experience with behavioral science. Prior to joining Applause, Catherine was director of product at Verb Inc.
Kristin heads up Applause's product team where she focuses on setting our strategic product roadmap. Her organization partners with Engineering to develop features and enhancements to our industry-leading crowdsourced testing platform. Prior to Applause, Kristin led the product development efforts at EdAssist, a Bright Horizons Solution at Work. Before EdAssist, she held leadership roles at Brainshark, Deploy Solutions and Webhire. Kristin is a graduate of Northeastern University.
