Prior to Craftsy, she was the Director of QA at ServiceMagic, now HomeAdvisor, where she was employed from launch to over 1 million customers and 1,000 employees. Before HomeAdvisor, Sue held QA management roles at eoTek, Prudential and USWest. She is also a former president of the Software Quality Association in Denver.
David Lumpkin is a Senior SDET at Craftsy. He is focused on improving customer experience through innovative tools, continuous delivery and an extremely lean tester to developer ratio. His expertise includes extensive work with browser automation, load testing, TDD/BDD development, operational support in cloud architectures and agile project management. David is passionate about furthering the quality assurance profession and improving available testing technologies.
