As Director of Digital Experience at Banner Health, Mark is responsible for the design, usability and user experience of Banner Health's digital products. Prior to his role as Director, Mark was an Interactive Design Senior Manager at Banner Health. Before joining the healthcare organization, Mark worked at application development and digital marketing firm, Ackmann & Dickenson, for almost 8 years as Manager of Interactive Design. He earned a BA, Graphic Design from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Rachel aims to solve complex problems with simple designs. As UI/UX Designer at Banner Health, she takes a holistic approach that involves research and feedback to continuously improve the customer journey. With her goal being to make healthcare easier for patients, she focuses on usability testing and analysis, journey mapping, visual design and information architecture. Prior to joining Banner Health, Rachel worked at PrizeLogic as a User Experience Architect. She earned a Certificate in UX Design, User Experience Design from CareerFoundry and a BA, Communication from Messiah College.
