Matthew joined Audi in 2016 to oversee the distribution of Audi’s mobile applications to end customers, dealers and employees. As myAudi made the shift towards SAFe, Matthew’s focus shifted towards Quality Assurance for the myAudi app and portal. Together with colleagues, he now manages the central myAudi QA team, ensuring its seamless integration into the oneAudi solution and myAudi SAFe train construct. Prior to joining Audi, Matthew set up and managed a QA department for the mobile app development company Intive (formerly Kupferwerk).

Marcus Schmidt

OneAudi Solution QA Consultant & myAudi Test ManagerApplause

Marcus started his career at Applause as a test engineer, designing test cases, creating test environments and overseeing the crowdtesting of diverse apps and websites. He then moved onto the Audi team as a digital SAFe QA manager before becoming a QA SAFe consultant. In this role, Marcus works with Audi to optimize their existing QA processes by delivering workshops and written reports. Before joining Applause, Marcus ran the software support department at a software company, focusing on QA.

Lutz joined Applause in 2017 and is a Director in the Solution Delivery Department. His role includes leading the regional QA Consulting practice. With his team he ensures that customers achieve their digital quality goals and that Applause is a strategic partner and transactional vendor for its customers. Lutz also leads the collaboration with one of Applause's biggest clients as Program/ Project Lead. Before joining Applause, Lutz worked as a Management & IT Consultant focusing on agile digitalization and IT transformation projects.

Julia joined Applause in 2017 and leads the EMEA Solution Delivery and Testing Services department including the regional Accessibility Practice. She is responsible for a flawless onboarding of new customers and ensuring that customers achieve their digital quality and inclusion goals through working with Applause. To maintain high customer satisfaction, Julia works closely with our Sales and Product teams to develop and improve our solutions in alignment with customer feedback and needs.Before joining Applause, Julia worked as a project portfolio manager and management consultant with focus on lean operations and process excellence, among others at Kearney. She is also actively encouraging women to enter the tech world and make an impact on how digital products are designed, developed and tested.
