Product Sessions Live is open to anyone who has a passion for product and for digital transformation and technology. With guests from the BBC, Klarna, Groupon, Financial Times, British Telecom, N26, Revolut, Google, Facebook and many more, we do our best to delight the product community all around the world. Join our live sessions to learn from product and digital thought leaders and grow.

After organizing events in 17 cities across Europe and being nominated by B2B Marketing association for the best live event, we wanted to bring it into the digital world to give access to more product aficionados, no matter where they are.

The role of a Product Owner varies accordingly with the product itself as well as the type of company. And naturally, being in charge of a mature product in a large enterprise differs from creating a brand-new product in an early-stage startup. But what are the main challenges for a PO? How does the level of ownership vary?
During this session, Christiane Demgenski (CPO @ Awina) will present her insights on building products in mature organizations and early-stage startups.
