Daniel oversees mobile releases at SEAT:CODE. He ensures end-to-end quality, prioritises, schedules and documents hotfixes, executes rollouts and tracks release performance after launch. He also drives continuous improvement to increase product quality and optimise the release process. Daniel has over 15 years of project management experience and spent the past four years working for brands within the Volkswagen Group.
Jordi has around 20 years of experience in product and project management in the mobility sector. He has worked at SEAT:CODE for over seven years, starting as a Product Manager and later moving to Delivery Manager. Over his time at SEAT:CODE (formerly SEAT Metropolis Lab), Jordi led the creation of the first applications before shifting his focus to quality assurance. Jordi began his career as a software engineer at a start-up and also worked as a data scientist specialising in data loading, transformation and cleaning at the VW DataLab.
Nicolás ensures customer success across Applause's major accounts in South Europe, working with leading brands spanning mobility, retail and hospitality to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Nicolás is an associate professor at the University of Pompeu Fabra and the University of Barcelona, where he lectures on tech for business. His book, Brand Soul, was recommended by Banco Santander in its list of the 10 Key Books to Read in Business in 2016 and is a NOVA 111 prize winner.
