Prior to Applause, Mohammad was involved in GSM, 3G, 4G and 5G network rollouts in the Americas in various sales management and technical roles. Over the last decade, he provided network quality monitoring and roaming test solutions to leading global MNOs to help them deliver outstanding mobile customer experience.
