Leo’s work includes helping clients to innovate successfully to compete with agile competitors; maximize the effectiveness of their investments in branch networks, professional sales force and electronic channels; and ignite revenue growth through smart strategy, sales and marketing redesign, and digital reinvention. He has extensive experience leading new underwriting and digital origination models to support alternative lending. Leo holds an A.B. in History and Economics from Harvard University.

Kavita Rao is Head of Technology at City National Bank (CNB) leading their digital transformation on cloud. She is responsible for City National’s personal, business, and mobile banking. She is leading the Women in Tech organization for CNB. Before joining CNB, she was with Capital One where she was a Director of Software Engineering, leading a wide variety of digital transformation initiatives, including a multi-year acquisition omni channel modernization program, a machine learning driven program for generating merchant insights, mobile rewards enhancements, and a brand new agent tool application. She has led teams that helped with onboarding several Capital One partners, including Walmart, Bass Pro and Cabela’s. She was part of the team that helped develop the data center exit strategy and AWS cloud migration enterprise program for the Capital One’s partnership business.

Julia leads the EU Solution Delivery and Testing Services department at Applause EU since 2017. She ensures that customers receive a smooth onboarding and achieve their digital quality goals through working with Applause. In supporting the roll-out of testing for big banks and financial institutions, Julia has gained insights into the challenges that pertain to that industry. She is actively encouraging women to enter the tech world and make an impact on how digital products are designed, developed and tested. Julia previously worked as a project portfolio manager and management consultant, among others at Kearney.
